Ibrahim holds a Bachelor degree in Computer Engineering. His career began at TPG where he was appointed State service manager and then soon after National service manager. Under his leadership, his team was responsible to handle all nationwide issues. Ibrahim’s next role was with Pacstar (Now Sterling IT) where he held a technical account manager position. His role was to support multiple networks and also managing in house service team. In 2004, Ibrahim setup IT Manage and since then has been dedicated in steadily expanding and improving the business. Now ICT Group, the core strength of the organization is the divergence of Information, Communication and Technology in their service offerings. His technical strengths include all Microsoft platforms, network management, Cisco (Sales), security, hardware, consulting and technical Business analysis and Project Management.

Over 28 years of experience in Information Technology Industry across Asia Pacific, of which, 20 years has been with Oracle Asia-Pacific, based out of Singapore for most part and in Sydney. Started at Oracle in 1994 as ERP Consultant and moved on to other roles such as Project Manager, ERP Channel Development, Channel Sales, Marketing and managing Alliances and Channels LoB.
